POLLO JOANNA

INGREDIENTS

1 pinch of parsley
2 oz. butter
2 oz. oil
1 oz. minced garlic
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
4 oz. water
2 grilled chicken breast
8 asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté in pan until butter is melted.
Grill 2 chicken breasts.
Rub asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place asparagus on grill until tender
Boil off 4 oz. of pasta
Place pasta on dish
Place chicken on top of pasta
Melt 2 pieces of mozzarella on chicken
Place asparagus on top on chicken
Pour sauce over the entire dish.
