30oz. Capicola (remove the casing)
20oz. Grande Pepperoni
10oz. Sopressata (remove the casing)
1 c. Black Olives
1 ½ c. artichoke hearts
¼ c. sherry vinegar
1/8 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder

Chop Black Olives, Green Olives and artichoke hearts together. Slice the three meats into strips. Then combine all ingredients together. Enjoy!
