1 1/2 pounds – apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
1/2 cup – granulated sugar
1 cup – all-purpose flour
1/2 cup – soft butter
1 cup – brown sugar
1 tablespoon – brandy
3/4 teaspoon – cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all fruit, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and brandy in a bowl. Put fruit mixture in a buttered ramekin or a 9×9 inch baking pan.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and butter together to form soft crumbles. Top apples with crumble mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until topping is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or your favorite ice cream.
