IRISH HAWG

INGREDIENTS

4oz Hawg Jaw smoked corned beef
4oz Hawg Jaw smoked sausage
2oz spicy sauerkraut
1oz Hawg Jaw smokey thousand island dressing.
1 slice swiss cheese
2 pieces marble rye

INSTRUCTIONS
Butter 1 side of each pieces of marble rye, place cheese on un-buttered side of one slice of bread, add all other items on top of cheese, place other slice of buttered bread on top with buttered side out, heat a flat griddle or nonstick pan to medium high heat, and place sandwich butter side down and toast one side of sandwich, when gold brown flip and repeat toasting, serve hot and delicious.
