Hereford House Grilled Salmon

Hereford House uses an amazing Atlantic Salmon farmed in the icy waters off the coast of Scotland, but you can prepare this dish with any high quality salmon from your local fish monger. The recipe serves one, but adjust for the number of portions you need.



– 7oz Salmon Filet
– Salmon Rub [create a dry rub of your favorite herbs & spices with a dash of salt]– Garlic Butter [softened butter blended with crushed or minced garlic to taste]– Grilled Asparagus
– Mashed Potatoes
– Lemon Half


– Lightly oil grill grate (optional, for easy clean up)
– Preheat grill for medium heat
– Sprinkle Salmon Rub on both sides of the fish
– Place salmon on the pre-heated grill
– Grill salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
– Grill Asparagus  
– Place Mashed Potatoes on plate
– Layer Asparagus on edge of mashed potatoes
– Place Salmon at the base of the asparagus

– Place garlic butter on top of salmon
– Garnish with lemon half
– Let butter melt slightly and Enjoy!
