GORGONZOLA VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS

1.5 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 c. sugar
1.5 lb. Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1/3 c. water

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic container or bowl.
Mix with burmixer or combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Enjoy!
